Our Movement

Phase 1: Rooted & Ready

"Before we build more, we build strong."

We're creating strong Kingdom foundations-serving the city, reviving ministries, and investing in the people who make it all happen. This isn't just about programming; it's about planting sustainability, care, and vision in our core.

Key Milestones:

  • Expand Outreach with evangelism, digital connection, and Good Works neighborhood impact
  • Host the Prayer Conference to activate intercession and align spiritually
  • Back-to-School Foam Bath & Backpack Giveaway to love our community in bold, joyful ways
  • Celebrate Recovery: Friends & Family Day to strengthen healing ministry and reconnect the tribe
  • 14-Year Anniversary Celebration as a prophetic moment and launch into the future
  • Pay Our Core Staff-Pastor, Musicians, Admin-through intentional fundraising and stewardship
  • Praise Team Retreat to pour into the leaders who pour out each week, fostering unity, rest, and renewal

Outcome:
Phase 1 solidifies our leadership, multiplies our reach, and models stewardship and honor. Once these benchmarks are hit, we'll be ready to step into Phase 2: Multiply the Mission with clarity and strength.

Phase 2: Multiply the Mission

"What started on one block is built to reach many."

After strengthening our foundation through outreach, healing, and celebration, we're stepping into a season of missional multiplication. That means taking everything that's been planted in Phase 1-and helping it grow in new places, through new people, with the same spiritual DNA.

Focus Areas:

  • Launch New Life Groups + Micro-Communities
Move beyond the building. These will meet in homes, coffee shops, neighborhoods, schools, and parks-bringing Jesus to everyday spaces with real relational discipleship.
  • Activate the Outreach Network
Expand our street teams, Good Works projects, and service partnerships citywide. Every outreach becomes a seed for future discipleship and new gatherings.
  • Train and Release Volunteer Leaders
Create a leadership pipeline from Phase 1 servants-offering training, mentorship, and a clear path from helper to disciple-maker.
  • Develop a Launch Team for Our First Church Plant
Start gathering a committed group praying, training, and preparing to establish a new Community Life location-carrying the Walk This Way culture into new territory.
